Request account deletion
- Sign in to your Olivo Account dashboard. In the Olivo Calendar Android app, open Profile, then tap Account to open the dashboard in your browser.
- Select Privacy in the account menu.
- Under Delete account, enter your current password, type DELETE to confirm, and enter your authenticator code if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
- Select Delete account. The dashboard will show the scheduled deletion date.
Self-service deletion applies to personal accounts when the Delete account option is available. If it is unavailable, you use an organization account, or you cannot sign in, email privacy@olivotek.com to request deletion. Tell us which account is affected; we may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.
What happens after your request
Your account enters a 45-day grace period. Before the scheduled date, you can return to Privacy in your account dashboard and select Cancel account deletion to keep your account and data.
If the request proceeds, your Olivo Account and associated Calendar, Mail, and Drive data are deleted from Olivo's production systems after the grace period. Backups made before deletion may remain for the rest of their retention period, which is no longer than 45 days. Some records may be retained where required by law. Deleting data held by Olivo does not delete copies held by external email or calendar providers you connected.
Any active subscription is cancelled so it will not renew. If account deletion proceeds, unused subscription time is not refunded, subject to your statutory rights. Cancelling the deletion request does not restart subscription renewal.
